Beginning in his teens, he gained hands-on experience in installation and manufacturing, building a strong foundation in the trade. He later earned a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from Messiah College, equipping him with the technical expertise and problem-solving skills needed to approach each project with precision. After graduation, Jared expanded his experience into operations and sales, developing a comprehensive understanding of the fencing industry from both the field and business perspectives.
